Job Qualification Requirements:
EDUCATION: Must have at least an Associate’s Degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Liberal Arts or any related field.
WORK Experience: Must have a minimum of 24 months of relevant work experience as a Soccer (Football) Head Coach or Soccer (Football) Assistant Coach.
License/Certification: Must have at least an: (1) AFC ‘C’ Coaching license; and/or (2) AFC Goalkeeping Coaching Certificate Level 1.
OTHER special skills OR REQUIREMENTS: Must have: (1) Knowledge of the rules and regulations of soccer games; (2) Advanced knowledge of soccer rules, tactics, formations, and modern coaching methodologies; (3) Knowledge and skills on proper training and able to demonstrate techniques to improve athletes’ performance; (4) Strong leadership and motivational abilities to manage and inspire athletes; (5) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with players, staff, and management; (6) Ability to develop both the physical and psychological aspects of player performance; (7) Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, competitive events, and administrative tasks; and (8) Commitment to fostering diversity, sportsmanship, and athlete development.
